Privacy

SheetPressBase is built so you can make a practice page without creating an account. Generation is meant to run in your browser for that session. Treat paste boxes (spelling lists, names, short sentences) like any other site form: do not put more personal data than you need for the page.
What stays on your device
- Math dials, word lists, and tracing text used to lay out the current preview
- Optional theme preference (light / dark) in localStorage on this browser
- Optional PWA install dismiss flag in localStorage if you close the install chip
Close the tab and those session inputs leave with it. We are not a cloud gradebook that stores class rosters or student names across visits.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-07KF72EWDF) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate country/region, device type, browser, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymized. Analytics is not linked to worksheet inputs (word lists, names, dials) or any account (we do not have accounts). Using the tools does not require analytics.
Consent Mode defaults: analytics_storage granted for measurement; ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied while advertising is off. Config also disables Google signals for this property. GA4 may set cookies such as _ga for session measurement.
Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt out with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Ads
Display ads are not enabled today. If ads are turned on later, third-party ad networks may set cookies per their policies — this page will be updated. Worksheet inputs still stay local to your browser session.
What may leave the device
- Email you send us voluntarily if you contact support
- Aggregate Google Analytics 4 traffic data (not worksheet inputs) — see above
- Ordinary web-server / CDN request logs used for hosting and abuse prevention
Hosting and the installable app
The site is served from our hosting provider. If you install SheetPressBase as a desktop / PWA app, the browser may cache pages for offline reopen — that cache lives on your device, not as a private student file locker on our servers.
Children
Tools are aimed at teachers and parents preparing practice. Children may use a printed sheet at home or school; we do not ask kids to create accounts. Analytics is not used to sell student data or build marketing profiles of children. If you believe a child has sent personal data by email, contact us and we will delete what we can from that mailbox thread.
